We want you to have a positive experience with Restored Essence. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Programs
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have received access to a program, guide, or downloadable material, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Live or Recorded Sessions
Payments for workshops, sessions, or events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, replays or rescheduling options (when available) will be provided.

Subscriptions or Memberships
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings. Canceling will stop future charges, but we do not issue refunds for billing periods that have already started.

Eligibility for Refunds
If a refund is offered for a specific product or service, you must request it within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product or service must be unused, unaccessed, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as if only part of a service was delivered, if there was a technical issue that prevented full access, or if the request is made after the 30-day eligibility period.

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at restoredessence@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products, programs, or services. If a live session is rescheduled, you will receive access to the new date or a replay when available.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your product, please contact us at restoredessence@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work with you to ensure you receive access.
